1. General Provisions

2. Payment Methods

2.1. Payments for Goods are processed online via secure payment gateways and aggregators integrated into the Website.

2.2. Users have access to the following payment methods:

3. Delivery Terms and Process

3.1. Delivery of Goods is fully automated (24/7) and occurs instantly upon payment verification by the selected payment provider.

3.2. Methods of receiving the Goods:

  • Direct display of the license key and activation guide on the post-checkout screen right after payment.

  • Automated email with the key and setup instructions sent to the address provided during checkout.

  • Access to purchased licenses and active subscriptions via the User's personal dashboard on the Website (if registered).

3.3. Standard processing and key delivery time ranges from 5 seconds to 10 minutes following payment confirmation.

3.4. For cryptocurrency transactions, Goods are delivered automatically as soon as the required number of blockchain network confirmations is reached. When paying with cryptocurrency, please account for your wallet/exchange network fees; the net amount received must match the order value exactly.

4. Commissions and Currency Conversion

4.1. Item prices are displayed on the Website. Depending on the chosen payment gateway, processing fees charged by the payment provider may apply. The final payable amount is always shown on the checkout page prior to payment confirmation.

5. Troubleshooting Payment and Delivery Issues

  • Check the "Spam", "Junk", or "Promotions" folders of your email account.

  • Verify that the transaction was successfully debited from your bank account or crypto wallet.

5.2. If the product is still missing, please contact customer support with the following details:

  • Payment receipt or screenshot showing transaction date, time, and amount.

  • The e-mail address entered during checkout.

  • The title of the purchased Product.

6. Refunds and Returns

6.1. Delivered digital content and license keys are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once received by the User or displayed on-screen.
