User agreement

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the legal relationship between cheat.bz (hereinafter — the "Administration", "Service") and individuals (hereinafter — "Users") using the https://cheat.bz/ website (hereinafter — the "Website") and purchasing digital goods and licensed software (hereinafter — "Products").
1.2. By visiting the Website, making purchases, or using the Products, the User confirms full acceptance of this Agreement.

4. Critical Warnings
4.1. Account Bans: Using the Software carries a HIGH RISK of permanent blocking or restriction of your game account by game developers or anti-cheat systems. The Administration is not liable for such consequences.
4.2. No Refunds for Bans: In the event of a ban, restriction, or any sanctions from game developers or anti-cheat services, refunds are NOT issued. The User assumes this risk voluntarily.
4.3. Updates and Detections: If the Software is detected by antivirus systems or anti-cheats, the Administration may provide additional subscription time as the sole compensation. No monetary refunds will be issued.
4.4. The User fully acknowledges and accepts all risks listed above at the time of purchase.
5. Terms of Sale and Use
5.1. The Product is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of performance, stability, compatibility, or uninterrupted service.
5.2. The User agrees to follow all requirements and instructions provided on the Website, including system requirements and installation guides.
5.3. The User bears full responsibility for any consequences of using the Product, including:
Account bans or restrictions
Loss of access to gaming services
Sanctions from game developers
Detection by antivirus systems
Damage to hardware or data
Any direct or indirect losses
5.4. Using the Software may require temporarily disabling or adding exceptions to antivirus software. The Administration is not liable for any consequences of such actions.
6. Restrictions and Prohibitions
6.1. The User is strictly prohibited from:
Reselling, exchanging, gifting, or transferring access to the Product to third parties
Distributing, publishing, or disclosing the Product online
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to obtain the source code
Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on the Software
Using the Software for commercial purposes
Streaming or recording the Software without explicit written permission
Contacting game developers' support with information about the Product
Uploading the Software to file-sharing services or open repositories
6.2. Violation of any of these rules results in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
7.1. Refunds are only possible if:
The Software completely fails to launch on the first attempt due to a provider fault.
It is technically impossible to run the Software due to system incompatibility, despite the system meeting the stated requirements.
7.2. Refunds are NOT issued for:
Game account bans or restrictions
Detection by antivirus or anti-cheat systems
Improper use by the User
System incompatibility (if requirements are not met)
Software downtime due to updates or detections
Buyer's remorse or accidental purchase
7.3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of malfunction (screenshots, video, problem description).
7.4. Refund decisions are made by the Administration at its sole discretion. Appeals are not accepted.
7.5. Exchanges are only available if the Software is defective due to an Administration error. The User may exchange for a similar Product of equal or lower value. Upgrading to a more expensive Product requires paying the difference.
8. Technical Support
8.1. Support is provided via Discord, Telegram, and the official Telegram channel. Support is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
8.2. The Administration does not guarantee response times and reserves the right to ignore inquiries violating this Agreement.
8.3. All technical issues must be resolved directly with the Administration. Contacting game developers or posting Product info on public forums is prohibited.
9. Conduct Rules
9.1. Users must adhere to the following rules in project social networks:
No advertising of third-party projects
No spam or flooding
No insults, threats, or promotion of violence
No links to competing projects
No discussions of using Software for prohibited purposes
No reviews containing profanity or incoherent text
9.2. Violations result in message removal, account termination, or communication bans.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All Website content and Software are protected by copyright and owned by the Administration or its licensors.
10.2. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing Website content.
10.3. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Software for personal purposes only.
11. Termination and Access Blocking
11.1. The Administration may block or terminate User access at any time without explanation.
11.2. Reasons include: Agreement violations, suspected fraud, resale, undesirable behavior, contacting game developers, or any other reason at the Administration's discretion.
11.3. Termination takes effect immediately without prior notice.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
12.1. The Administration is NOT liable for: game bans, loss of access, antivirus detections, system incompatibility, damages, service interruptions, data loss, or any direct/indirect losses.
12.2. Products are provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties.
12.3. Use of the Website and Products is at the User's own risk.
13. Personal Data
13.1. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
13.2. The Administration may send marketing materials and update notifications.
13.3. Users can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1. All disputes must be resolved through pre-trial negotiations.
14.2. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Administration is legally registered.
14.3. Claims without prior negotiation attempts will be ignored.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1. The Website may contain links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content.
15.2. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to any User without explanation.
15.3. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
15.4. Failure to enforce any right does not waive the Administration's right to enforce it later.
15.5. Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement to third parties.
16. Final Provisions
16.1. The User confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
16.2. This Agreement takes effect upon publication.
16.3. Users are responsible for regularly checking for updates.
16.4. Continued use of the Website constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
